- Develop skills in canoeing, fire-building, camping, and map navigation.
- Lead activities on environmental justice, sustainability, and community building.
- Work with youth, teens, young adults, and families in a supportive and inclusive setting.
📚 Professional Development Support
We invest in your growth! Get $300-$500 in professional development funds to cover:
- Lifeguard certification, Wilderness First Aid (WFA) or Wilderness First Responder (WFR) training
- Paid three day overnight training on the reservoir learning Water Wanderings curriculum

2025 Open Positions
Job Title: Assistant Camp Counselor
Overview: Supports counselors during Teen (July 14-21) and Family (August 4-6 and 7-9) camps. Responsible for being a role model and mentor to other campers and collaborating with counselors on facilitating learning. Compensation: $100 per day (pre-tax) and $300 professional development funds for Lifeguard, WFA, or WFR Certification. Possible additional bonus depending on availability of funds.
