Join us for free public workshops this summer!
Thanks to a generous grant from NorthCountry Federal Credit Union, Water Wanderings was able to expand our guest teacher program this year and offer two free public workshops at the Green River Reservoir. We're also collaborating with the Burlington School District to expand access to Water Wanderings experiences beyond our camps. See workshop details below:

July 28th, 3:30 - 5:00 PM Singing with Heidi
Join Heidi Wilson for an afternoon of connecting with each other and the water through rich harmony and soul-stirring melodies Heidi has gathered from the universe to share with us. We'll meet up at the boat launch and walk together to our singing spot. |
July 23rd, 1:30 - 3:00 Fishing with Eric
Join former game warden and Friends of Green River Board Member Eric Nuse for a workshop on fishing at Picnic Island on July 23rd. Learn fishing techniques while connecting with others on the reservoir. Plan to bring your canoe and don't forget your fishing license. |
